Launch is an innovative, leadership development program. The purpose of the DC Launch Program is to rapidly launch you into a successful career within a three year
time-frame. In the program you will have the opportunity to learn every facet of running an independent franchise business, with the goal of preparing you to pursue your own Chick-fil-A franchise or a position at the Chickfil-A Support Center. Of course, the program will also prepare you to pursue other career interests or equip you to step into another business as a high contributor. Prepare yourself, because this will likely be the biggest challenge you have taken on in your life. It won’t easy, but the rewards are tremendous.

Frankly, there are far more reasons TO launch than not. As a part of this innovative leadership training ground, you will learn how to operate a small business right out of college. Class Leading Pay
Team members with prior work experience (does not have to be restaurant experience) start up to $14 per hour plus, DOE. Chick-fil-A leaders make highly competitive salaries with great benefits.
Flexible Hours
Closed Sundays
All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
